Zoe oversees club governance, funding opportunities, club development workshops / webinars, facilities TrackMark assurance process, recruitment & retention of club volunteers. She joined the Welsh Athletics team in 2018, previously worked for IRONMAN UK in Athlete services. Zoe previously worked in coach & officials education and volunteer coordinator roles. Please contact Zoe for more information on guidance on club portal, safeguarding & welfare courses e.g. Club Welfare Officer training. Support with establishing a club improvement action plan and supporting the development of key club officer roles.
