Zoe oversees club governance, funding opportunities, club development workshops / webinars, facilities TrackMark assurance process, recruitment & retention of club volunteers. She joined the Welsh Athletics team in 2018, after having previously worked for IRONMAN UK in Athlete services. Zoe previously worked in coach & officials education and volunteer coordinator roles.
