ABOUT THE HEATH MASSIVE RUN CLUB - CARDIFF
Founded in 2015, Heath Massive Run Club is a Cardiff-based community club supporting runners of all abilities, from those starting out to experienced long-distance runners. Many members have gone on to complete events such as the Cardiff Half Marathon, marathons, and beyond.
We pride ourselves on being friendly, welcoming, and inclusive, offering training, support, and encouragement for all.
Club Sessions:
● Tuesday Evening: 6:15pm — 5K & 8K groups, mixed paces
● Thursday Morning: 6:00am — 8K fixed pace (6:40/km), finishing by 7:00am
● Sunday Morning: 8:00am (10K) & 9:00am (5K), steady group runs
● Track Sessions: Once a month at Cardiff Met Outdoor Track (pre-booking required)
