Josie is a Participation Officer, responsible for the Run Wales social running programme, encouraging the formation of new running groups and supporting existing groups across Wales, facilitating their ongoing development.   Josie is also available to support the development of new and qualified Run Leaders and is responsible for managing the Run Wales / Clwb Run Wales virtual running club.   

Josie is a qualified Leader and Coach in Running Fitness, established the Nant y Pandy parkrun event on Anglesey and is the founder of a social running group with whom she can regularly be found running.  She was also the Run Wales Inspirational Leader of the Year for 2020 at the Welsh Athletics Awards.
