Andrew organises the smooth running of our payroll, administrative activities and office sites.

He’s developing human resource, financial and operational systems and practices to support all our employees and volunteers. Andrew is keen to modernise and introducing digital systems to keep the back office simple, easy and efficient.

 

Andrew provides administrative support to the Board and Governance Sub-Group and the Company Secretary. He previously worked in engineering and telecoms before taking up finance roles at Welsh Cycling and other governing bodies of sport in Wales.

He’s currently balancing studies to become a Chartered Accountant with a keen interest in hillwalking and cycling and the joys of two young children.
