Away from the Welsh Indoor Championships, a few Welsh atheltes were putting in some fantastic performances across the pond. The standout performance coming from 2021 Olympian, Jake Hayward (Cardiff) in his season opener.
Running over the mile at the UW Invitational, Washington, Hayward produced a steller run, clocking a time of 3:52.25 to rocket him to the top of the Welsh All Time List.
