Welsh Sportshall Athletics Final

Sunday 9 March sees the Welsh Sportshall Athletics Final at Llantrisant Leisure Centre from 1pm to 4pm.
School pupils (years 7-10) in Dyfed, Cardiff & the Vale, Powys and Afan Nedd Tawe have participated at Sportshall athletics events and trials over the past two months.
It began with a double-header of schools events at Llanelli Leisure Centre before the Christmas holidays, followed by four consecutive midweek fixtures hosted by Cardiff & the Vale at Whitchurch High school and Ysgol Gyfun Glantaf.
Elsewhere in late January and February, Newtown’s Maldwyn Leisure Centre and Pontardawe Leisure Centre in Swansea were the venues for Powys and Afan Nedd Tawe athletes.
The four districts will be joined by North West Wales at the Welsh Schools Sportshall Athletics final at Llantrisant.
