Les Davies Club Challenge – September 7
Eight clubs made there way to Hereford to challenge for the Les Davies Cup over the weekend with Newport Harriers taking the overall win with 1316 points. They were followed by Rhymney Valley AC with 1148 points and then Brecon AC in 913 points.

Great North CityGames, Gateshead – September 7
The atmosphere and crowds were alive in Gateshead over the weekend for the Great North CityGames.
Melissa Courtney finished 2nd in the mile in 4:33.73 and Dai Greene replaced the track with the road for the 400m. He finished in 4th place in 48.30.

Birell 10K & Adidas Women’s 5K Race, Prague – September 7
Two of our team members trekked all the way to Prague to run the Birrell 10K and Adidas Women’s 5K Race in Prague last Saturday.
Jacqueline Brace finished the Adidas Women’s 5K in 31st (out of 2207 runners) in 22:00 and Lee Treadwell was the 1489 (out of 6181 runners) runner home in the Birell 10K in 49.42.
