Welsh Junior Indoor Championships - Saturday & Sunday 3rd February - Cardiff
It was another brilliant weekend of action at the Welsh Junior Indoor Championships as some of Wales' best Junior athletes descended on Cardiff depsite the snowy conditions.

IAAF World Indoor Tour - Saturday 2nd February - Karlsruhe, Germany
Melissa Courtney (Poole AC) stormed to a new Welsh Indoor 3,000m Record and World Leading Time as she clocked 8:43:36 to win the Women's 3,000m race at the IAAF World Indoor Tour in Karlsruhe on Saturday. Courtney broke Hayley Tullett's previous Welsh Record of 8:45 which had stood since 2001.
Camel City Invitational - Saturday 2nd February - North Carolina, USA
Emily Kearney (Wirral / SCAD Atlanta) set a new lifetime best as she clocked 9:31 for victory in the Women's 3,000m at the Camel City Invitational on Saturday.
Harvard Crimson Elite Meeting - Friday 1st February - Massachusetts, USA
Amelia Reynolds (Cardiff AAC) clocked 8.01 in the Women's 60m and 57.62 in the Women's 400m at the Harvar Crimson Elite Meeting on Friday.
