Spar European Cross Country Championship, 11 December 

In Turrin Cari Hughes (Cardiff Athletics) helped the Women's British team to silver, finishing in 22nd with a time of 28:16.

Earning his first GB vest James Heneghan (Cardiff Uni / Pontypridd Roadents) finished 5th in the mixed relay, running his leg in 3:58.

Telford 10K, 11 December

Clara Evans (Pontypridd Roadents) came home in second with a time of 32:39.

Anna Bracegirdle (Salford Harriers) finished in 6th with 33:09.

Paul Graham (Pontypridd Roadents) was the first Welsh man across the finish line with a time of 30:06.

Tom Wood (Eryri Harriers) was the second Welsh man across the line with a new PB finishing in 30:15. 

Merthyr Mawr Pudding Race, 11 December

The 32nd Brackla Harriers Merthyr Mawr Pudding Race took place on Sunday, 632 runners finished the race.

Nynke Kuiper (Cardiff Runners) came home in first in the Senior Womens race with a time of 48:41.

Jacob Tasker (Ogmore Phoenix Runners) finished first with a time of 40:43 in the Senior Mens race.
