Jeremiah Azu (Cardiff) finished best of the Brit’s and in fourth place in the Men’s 100m, clocking a time of 10.28s.

Loughborough EAP Meeting
Harrison Walsh (Swansea) set a personal best in the Mens F44 Discus, throwing 55.66m. It looks like he is rounding into the perfect form ahead of the Commonwealth Games.
Holly Arnold (Blackheath and Bromley) throw a distance of 39.44m in the F46 Javelin.

BMC Gold Standard, Birmingham
Jenny Nesbitt (Cardiff) took a gun to tape victory on a windy night in the Women’s 1500m, clocking a time of 4:17.86.
In the Women’s 800m, it was a Cardiff AC 1-2, as Kate Seary closed down Rhi Linington-Payne (Cardiff) in a dramatic last 100m to run a new personal best of 2:08.61, whilst Rhi also clocked a new personal best of 2:09.58 in her first year running the event!
In the Men’s 1500m A race, Ben Thomas ran 3:55.26 to place 10th. Whilst Morgan James ran 3:51.84 to set a new personal best and a 2nd place finish in the Men’s 1500m B race.

BUAC Open, Birmingham
James Heneghan (Cardiff) dropped down in distance to race the one lap event and ran a new personal best in doing so! Finishing second, he ran 50.66s.
In the Men’s 400m Hurdles, Jack Houghton (Swansea) placed second in a time of 55.59s. Whilst in the Men’s 1500m , Larry Ryan finished in fourth place in a new personal best of 4:01.23.
