What is Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day is on 5 February 2026.

Over the last decade, Time to Talk Day has been the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. It’s a day for friends, families, communities, schools and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives. Text a friend, chat over a cuppa, go for a walk with a colleague, share something on social media – there are lots of ways you can start a conversation.

Last year, we inspired over 3 million people in the UK to talk about mental health. We need your help to encourage even more conversations this year. Together, let’s talk about mental health.

Mind have put together a pack of useful resources to help clubs & groups get started and invloved: HERE
