Regional Development Programme - Day 2

The 2nd Regional Development Days will take place across Wales on Saturday, December 18th at the following venues:

North Wales

South Wales (inc. East Wales athletes for Speed, Throws and Jumps)

West Wales

East Wales

Venue: Ysgol David Hughes, Menai

  • Endurance – Morning session

Venue: Deeside Indoor Athletics Centre

  • Speed – Morning session
  • Throws and Jumps – Afternoon session

Venue: Bridgend Athletics Track

  • Endurance and Speed – Morning session
  • Throws* and Jumps – Afternoon session

Venue: Carmarthen Athletics Track

  • Endurance and Throws* - Morning session
  • Jumps and Speed – Afternoon session

Venue: Brynmawr Track

  • Endurance – Morning session

*Hammer will be a combined East, West and South offer in Neath on Saturday morning (18th December)

As a guide morning sessions will be held between 10 am and 12.30 pm and afternoon sessions between 1 pm and 3.30 pm. Final timings will be sent following registration.

 


How do I access the Regional Development Days?

The regional development days are for both Athletes and Coaches. Any coach holding a UKA coaching assistant qualification or above can attend the RDP.

You must be in year 9 or above (Upper U15 to U20) to access the Regional Development Programme

  • Throws, Jumps and Speed days will all be open invite sessions for athletes and coaches. Please sign up using here.
  • Endurance will be invite-only. Invites will be sent directly to Athletes and Coaches.
