Lauren Cooper and Dan Nash take victories in Pembrey

Lauren Cooper claimed a gun to tape victory at the third race in the Welsh 5k Series - Pembrey on Saturday.
Although dissapointed with her winning time of 17:30, the Parc Bryn Bach Runner was happy to take the win at the Closed Road Cycling Circuit in Pembrokeshire.
Sioned Howells of Amman Valley Harriers and Mabli Phillips of Cardiff Athletics were second and third in 17:41 and 19:02 respectively.
Cardiff Athletics' Dan Nash was equally as convincing with victory in the men's race with a time of 14:51. Finley Hines of Neath Harriers was next fastest in 15:07 with Swansea Club Captain Marc Hobbs third in a time of 15:17.
The second men's race was won by Lloyd Jones of Run 4 All Neath in 17:15.
