Salford 10K Road Race, Manchester,  April 19

Leeds City AC's Welsh international Bronwen Owen won the Salford 10K Road Race on Good Friday. The former Welsh Cross Country Champion clocked a personal best time of 34:35 as she finished almost half a minute ahead of Leeds teammate Georgia Malir.

Bryan Clay Invitational, Azusa, California, April 19

Anglesey's Iolo Hughes set a new 1500m personal best of 3:45.92 competing for the University of New Mexico at the Bryan Clay Invitational in California on Good Friday.

Swansea Bay parkrun, April 20

Swansea Harrier Eli Kirk, clocked the second fastest time by a woman in a UK parkrun last weekend, when she registered 16:33 at the Swansea Bay event on Saturday morning.

Newtown Chocaholics 5K, April 19

There was a Shrewsbury  AC double at the Chocaholics 5K in Newtown on Good Friday with Matt Hall finishing first in 15:47, and clubmate Paul Jones second in 16:13. Peter Butler Davies, of Oswestry Olympians was third in 16:27.

The first female runner home was Maldwyn Harrier Maddie Griffiths, who clocked 19:30, ahead of Sarah Livett, of Menai Track and Field in 19:50 and Donna Morris, of Builth and District Running Club in 20:18.

Llandudno Easter 5K Promenade Dash, April 20

Tipton Harrier Philip Wilson won the popular Llandudno Easter 5K Dash in a time of 15:56. Second place went to Martin Green, of North Wales Running Club, in 16:16, while Steven Robinson, of Helpston Harriers, was third in 16:25.

The women's race was won by Blackpool Wyre and Fylde AC's Emily Japp in 17:58, ahead of Eden O'dea in 19:24 and Colwyn AC's Ella Grundy in 20:00.

Teifi 10, Lampeter, April 21

Aberystwyth AC's Rob Johnson won the Teifi 10K in a season's best time of 57:11 on Sunday. Johnson was chased home by clubmate Gary Wyn Davies in a personal best time of 57:49. Third place went to John Collier, of West Coast Triathlon, who clocked 58:57.

The first woman home was Tasha Sextons, of Pembrokeshire Harriers, in 71:24, ahead of Caryl Wyn Davies, of Sarn Helen, in 74:57 and Lindy Eynon, of Taf Running and Orienteering (TROTS) in a season's best time of 77:35.
