Bryn Meadows Caerphilly 10k inc Welsh 10k Championships Preview
On Sunday the Bryn Meadows Caerphilly 10k incorporating the Welsh 10k Championships will take place. The race will see both reigning champions in the Senior Men & Women categories return, with Dewi Griffiths (Swansea Harriers) and Olivia Tsim (Pontypridd Roadents) in action.

Whilst Rachel Felton holds the women’s course record, which is 34:59.
Among the top entrants in the Welsh Championships and Road Race Series is Dewi Griffiths (Swansea Harriers) who has already claimed two Welsh titles this year, the Welsh Senior Men’s Cross Country and Marathon titles, he will be looking to take his third this weekend.
Also competing in the Senior Men’s race are Jonathan Butler (Swansea Harriers), Dan Nash (Cardiff Athletics) and Lloyd Shepard Brown (Cardiff Athletics), the trio finished in this order at the recent Cardiff 5k Race for Victory to claim podium positions at the Welsh 5k Championships.
The current Women’s title holder Olivia Tsim (Pontypridd Roadents) will be in action, Tsim recently finished third in the Welsh 5k Championships.
