British Athletics Mountain Running Championships and World Mountain Running Championship Preview!

Four Welsh athletes will be competing in the Senior Home International, incorporating the British Athletics Mountain Running Championships and World Mountain Running Championship Trial races at Sedbergh, Cumbria on Sunday 19th September.
Led by the very experienced Peter Ryder (Aberdare) with the Eryri Harriers trio of Owen Humphries, Gavin Roberts, and Tom Wood. They will face stiff opposition from full-strength English and Scottish teams in the two-lap 10.4km/780m up and down the course on the Southern Howgill Fells above Sedbergh.
