The Energy Systems, Technical Model and Running Economy Workshop is designed to develop an understanding of energy systems and how they are developed in relation to session design and delivery.
The workshop will introduce themes that will be developed in the CiRF qualification, and this will be a great stepping stone to taking the next step in your qualification journey.
The workshop consists of a interactive virtual classroom.
