Graded open 100m and 200m races reversed depending on the wind direction.  Races will be seeded based on personal bests declared ensuring athletes get the best possible level of competition. 

Approximate timings: 

100m - 19.00 start
200m - 20.00 approximate start (following on from 100m races)

Registrations/number collection will close strictly one hour before each event start time.

Online Entry: £5 (closes Monday 3rd June 2019 @ 23:59)
