• Registration from 11:00am at the Padarn Hotel. Llanberis. 
• All event proceeds go to the Tenovus Cancer Charity.

Both races (Moel Eilio and the British Inter-Counties) will start together at 1:00pm taking in the peaks of: Moel Eilio 726m, Foel Gron 629m and Foel Goch 831m, following the descent off Foel Goch, the two events will split with the Moel Eilio runners also taking in the ascent and descent of Moel Cynghorion 674m while the Inter-Counties runners take the Maesgwm Path for a fast-finishing final 5km to the finish by the Llanberis Youth Hostel
