Emtries Close 10pm Wednesday 19th January (or when entries reach capacity- as limited due Welsh ristrictions with only 30 in arena at one time)
Date: Sunday 23rd January
Entry Fee £10 per event (Currently one event per person but this could increase early in week)
Start time: 10am
Age Groups: U20's & Seniors (NO 18's due to no spectators- U20 weights & hurdles, Seniors weights & hurdle heights only - no bespoke masters for timing reason)
Venue: National Indoor Athletics Centre, Cardiff
**Timings, numbers & events could be increased in the week.
EVENTS: MALE & FEMALE: 60m, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 60m H, SP, PV, HJ, LJ (women) TJ (Men)
