Competitions

The Asics Home Nations 5k will take place on a multi-lap course in Bute Park on Saturday 20th August. The event is organised by Podium 5k, Sportsshoes and Welsh Athletics.

The event will host a home countries international and seeded races with a provisional start time of 17:00.

Further details and entry information will be available in the week commencing Monday 25th July.

18:00: Race 3
18:30: Race 4 inc Women's Home Nations Race
19:00: Race 5 inc Men's Home Nations Race
