SPORTS MASSAGE
The Welsh Athletics Sports Injury Clinic will be offering Sports Massage therapy throughout the weekend of the Welsh Senior, U17 and Para Indoor Championships.
Sports massage will be available in NIAC to help promote performance and recovery pre and post competition with our highly experienced therapist, Dave Rowe.
Bookings will be available online via the link below and will be available from 09:00 on Saturday, 7 February 2026.
Price: £10 for 20mins.
