Sarn Helen Hill Race

A unique race with over 40 years of history. The full route is approx 16 miles which starts in the University town of Lampeter along the Teifi valley before it winds it's way up and over the hills, fields and tracks that cross the famous Sarn Helen roman road. It's a mixed surface event and choice f footwear is often a hot topic leading up to the day. It's a superbly scenic route accross some of the most beautiful contryside that the Cambrian mountains has to offer. 

You can enter the event as an individual or as a team of 3. Each team member runs one leg.

Leg 1 - approx 5 miles
Leg 2 - approx 5 miles
Leg 3 - approx 6 miles
