Llanfyrnach 3-4-5 Series 2026 Race 3
The Llanfrynach 3-4-5 Mile road race series is an annual road race held over a rural undulating road course with a Junior Fun Run at each of the races.

Race Details

Junior fun run (1.5 miles): 6:35 pm start. The fun run is free! You can register on the day 6:00-6:25pm, but it will help speed everything up if you Register for Fun Run in advance

Senior race (3-4-5 miles): 7:15 pm start. Entry online only at Fabian4 . Entries go live Feb 2026. Collect race numbers and timing wristband on the night.
