This meeting is for Club Chairs and Club Welfare Officers (male and female) to provide key updates in relation to both club and national safeguarding and welfare practices across the sport. Naturally, there will be the opportunity for all clubs/club officers to ask questions.

Notes:

• The invite to these meetings will be sent to the Club Chair, Male Club Welfare Officer, and Female Club Welfare Officer. Due to the nature of the content, although these sessions are not mandatory, it is strongly advised that all clubs are represented at the session in some capacity.

• The scheduled sessions are being run as a ‘regional’ however should you not be able to make the session date/time identified for your region, please register for the most convenient slot.

• The meeting will be held virtually via the Zoom platform, registration for the event will be through Event Brite, upon registration you will receive the link and joining instructions for the session.
