The THROWS Reginoal Developmet Activity will take place on the 10th October across all four regions -
Carmarthen Leisure Centre - 10am - 12pm - Shot Put, Discus, Hammer & Javelin
Aberdare Athletics Track - 10am - 12pm - Shot Put, Discus, Hammer & Javelin
Deeside Leisure Centre - 10am - 12pm - Shot Put, Discus, Hammer & Javelin
*Please note the RDA framework will be run across 6 progressive sessions over two years with additional throws opportunities where applicable.
