JUMPS Regional Development day 1

The Jumps session will take place on the Sunday 10th October 13.00-15.30 at Carmarthen Track (West), Aberdare (South and East)and Deeside Outdoor track.(North) and will run along side the Speed Event group.
The theme for Regional Day one is 'Warm ups and Run ups' athletes will cover specific warm up and drills, moving on to approach run sprint mechanics before working on actual approach runs for LJ/ HJ /TJ, leaving the session with appropriate measured run ups for the chosen events which they will use later in the series of development days.
