Volunteers are instrumental throughout our sport and the sport of athletics could not function without them, on a global, national or local scale.

Without the breadth of work that volunteers do our local clubs and running groups would not be able to offer the level of service to their community that they do, whether that’s in a club officer role, as a coach, an official, or the numerous team managers and those that look after the club tuck shop or social media accounts.
This resource encompasses a range of documents and guidance to help clubs and committees ensure that they are supporting their volunteers as well as future planning by recruiting (and retaining) skilled volunteers.
