MEETING INFORMATION - Due to the Yellow weather warning for the facility, a decision has been made to cancel the WHOLE Event

Entries for every event will close 1 hour prior to the timetable start time.
This will help with Track seeding and field events being organised.

This meeting along with the other league matches during 2019 will have a live and interactive results system, where track events will be displayed and published immediately after photofinish have completed the result, filed events will be shown live where every trial and progression will show the activity of the event.

Entries for this event will change from previous meetings.
Athletes when arriving at the venue will complete their entry direct on to a laptop.

One dedicated for male one for female and made via a dedicated excel spreadsheet which will require the information below to be added in the spaces required.

• Your URN/National Registration number
• First Name
• Surname
• Date of birth
• Club
• Event selection (max 3 for U17, 4 for U20, Senior & Masters)
• Season best/personal best for your selected events

All athletes who will compete for affiliated clubs will not pay at the registration desk but pay £5 to their team manager/nominated club attendee, clubs will be later invoiced.

Clubs do have the option of affiliated athletes paying there entry fee at registration on collection of their number

All athletes who are competing and their club who have not affiliated to the league will need to pay £7 at the registration desk.

After registering and paying where required all athletes will collect their two numbers for the day and will be required to wear them back and front, except for High Jump, Pole Vault, Long Jump and Triple Jump, where only one number will be required to worn.
