This is a closed event for Gwent Leisure Centre League Members only.
Members have to ensure they have registered to race and have a bib number allocated to them - no bib = no time.
All participants register online with medical notes that are confidentially held by all participating clubs and passed to medical services on the day of the event. In line with GLCL policy
