• Runners arrive 6:30 pm 
• Male Runners called to start 6:50Pm 
• Female Runners call to start pen behind Male Runners 6.55pm 
• Male Race starts at 7pm  
• Female Race starts at 7.05pm 

The race is approximately 5k on a multi terrain course.  

The race is open to all affiliated members of the Bridgend County Running League.
