Competing for team Wales would be an incredible honor. Wearing the red vest is something that I have always aspired to do, not only to represent Wales but my family. This year is particularly special given that it is a home nation games.
Rosie now lives in Colorado, US, but grew up in Mytholmroyd whilst attending Calder High School. Coched by Richard Aspinall at Halifax Harriers at the start of her career, she is now coached from afar by Robert Hawkins. Whilst marathon training she also works as a Personal Trainer.
