Regional Development open session across Wales for 15 – 18-year-old throws athletes.

• South/East Aberdare Ron Jones Stadium
• West Carmarthen Leisure Centre Track

*Please be aware at this time no spectators will be allowed into the venues and this is for 15 – 18-year-olds only
