This is a development opportunity for athletes, coaches and officials. It is open for all age groups to attend.
This is suitable for beginners and also more established race walk athletes. The time trials will be judged by officials who are looking to build their experience in judging race walking too.
Date: 18/01/2020
Time: Starting at 9:20am
Location: Junction Cafe, Blackpill, Mumbles Road, Swansea, SA3 5AS
The day includes:
- Group warm-up including race walk specific drills
- Time trials (Athletes can choose their distances from 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5km).
- The morning will conclude with a coffee and cake in a nearby cafe!
