We’re excited to host two exclusive hurdle clinics this March, designed to help athletes refine their technique and smoothly transition to new hurdle heights and distances with the upcoming age group changes approaching next season. Led by expert coaches Bethan Grant (South Wales) and Tania Williams (North Wales), these sessions will provide hands-on technical feedback, event-specific insights, and the opportunity to train alongside fellow hurdlers.

Who Can Attend?

Athletes aged 14 and older with prior hurdling experience.

How Do I Register?
