Welsh Athletics coaches are invited to attend a Hurdles Masterclass with Colin Jackson. The session aim is to provide technical insight and along with shared learning, as we support athlete/coach development with the upcoming age-group changes being introduced in April.

This session will focus on “Brilliant Basics” and is designed to support both coach learning and practical application. We have limited numbers for athlete to attend.

Who: All Welsh event group coaches. Please let us know which athletes you would see value in attending, we have a limit of 12-15 athletes.
Athletes: Limited numbers, coaches to contact Rhys Williams regarding this.
Where: NIAC, Cardiff Met (Cyncoed Campus), 9 Cyncoed Rd, Cardiff, CF23 6XD
When: 28/02/26

Time: 12:00pm - 15:30pm

The session will include:

• Coach Q&A and knowledge sharing (CPD-focused)
• Practical technical session with athletes
• Opportunities for discussion and reflection
