SSAFA 5k Race 2 2026
The SSAFA 5k Road Race Series in Cardiff consists of three separate five kilometre long road races, which can be entered individually or as a combined series.
This is a popular running event that has been supporting SSAFA in South East Wales for twenty-six years!
The series is held under UK & Welsh Athletics rules and is a CAAC Calendar Event.
The course records to beat are 15:29 (women's) and 14:24 (men's).
