SPEED Regional Development day 1

The Speed session will take place on the Sunday 10th October 13.00-15.30 at Carmarthen Track (West), Aberdare (South and East)and Deeside Outdoor track.(North) and will run along side the Jumps Event group.
The theme for Regional Day one is 'Acceleration' athletes will cover specific warm up and drills, before moving on to a series of accelerations from different starting positions with discussion on body position, mechanics, posture and projection.
