In the day's first Final, Sian Swanson (Cardiff AAC) retained her title in the Women's Triple Jump with a winning leap of 11.60m, whilst on the track it was Cardiff's Harry Hillman who took victory with a lifetime best clocking of 8.42 seconds. 

Next up were the highly anticipated Men's 60m heats, with Jeremiah Azu (6.85) and Sam Gordon (6.80) both crusing through their heats, joined by Heat 3 and 4 winners Wyn Roberts (7.01) and Arron Owen(6.99), setting up an exciting Final later in the afternoon. In the Women's 60m, Mica Moore (7.56), Shannon Malone (7.50) and Hannah Brier (7.42) all won their respective heats, with yesterday's 200m Champion Melissa Roberts also sealing her place in the Final. 

Back in the field, Swansea's Ceirion Hopkins was crowned Welsh Champion in the Men's Long Jump with a leap of 7.21m. In the U15 Boys Shot Put competition, Newport Harrier Morgan Keen Williamswas victorious with a winning throw of 8.84m, whilst teammate Amelia Fettis won the U15 Girls Shot Put competition with a best distance of 9.86m. 

In the Women's 1500m, it was Cardiff athlete Kate Seary who stormed to victory in 4:31, whilst Cardiff's William Edwards won the Men's High Jump with a height of 2.05 metres. Then it was the turn of the sprinters once more, as Shannon Malone (Loughborough Students) dipped for 60m victory ahead of Swansea's Hannah Brier, with the training partners having to be separated by the thousandths of a second.

The Men's 60m Final was equally as eventful, with Arron Owen(Cardiff AAC) crowned Champion in 6.87 seconds after the disqualification of Cardiff duo Sam Gordon and Jeremiah Azu. Meanwhile, Newport athlete Remi Adebiyi sprinted to victory in a time of 3:57 in the Men's 1,500m Final, whilst it was Gwenno Goode(Cardiff Archers) wo won the U15 Girls 1,500m Final in a time of 5:08.

Ella Wintle (Pembrokeshire Harriers) took victory in the U15 Girls 300m with a time of 42.59, whilst in the U15 Boys Final it was Thomas Maguire (Deeside AAC) who took gold with a clocking of 39.07 seconds. The Women's High Jump was a closely fought battle, with Phillipa Rogan (Thames Valley) winning the overall competition with a height of 1.76m. The Welsh Championship gold medal was shared between Lili Church (Carmarthen Harriers) and Lauren Evans(Cardiff AAC) as they both jumped 1.66m.

The U17 Girls 300m Final was won in convincing fashion by Swansea's Macey Morris who clocked 41.47 for victory, whilst in the Senior Women's 400m Final, there was an equally impressive victory for Laura Turley (West Cheshire) with a winning time of 55.96 seconds. The final event of the Championships saw Ben Paris(Swansea Harriers) clock 22.10 for victory in the Men's 200m.
