Welsh Athletics to recruit new President

Welsh Athletics has opened nominations for the role of President of Welsh Athletics.
Current President Lynette Harries will step down from the role having served the maximum term of 6 years (3 terms of 2 years). The description of the duties of this prestigious role can be found here.
Nominations are to be received by the 9th of September, and members will be able to cast their vote for the new president at the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
Individuals may be nominated for the role by emailing company secretary and CEO James Williams (james.williams@welshathletics.org). Nominations should be accompanied by a short summary of the individual being put forward – this summary will be included within the documentation circulated to members as part of the final AGM pack circulated at 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
