THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF WELSH ATHLETICS LTD WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY 25th OCTOBER 2025
This year's Annual General Meeting of Welsh Athletics will take place on 25th October 2025 at 10 am in person in Cardiff (Sophia Suite, Sport Wales) and online via Zoom - details and links to follow. Draft minutes and papers from last year's AGM are available on the governance page of our website.
Clubs are reminded to confirm their company member by the 13th of September. Information can be found on the governance page on the Welsh Athletics website - Company Members & AGM (welshathletics.org).
Any member who wishes to submit a notice of motion must do so by the 13th September 2025.
