The Welsh 5km Road Championships are fast approaching, with runners set to take to the streets of Caerphilly on Saturday 9 August for one of the highlights of the summer road racing calendar.
Hosted on a multi-loop course around the iconic Caerphilly Castle, the event promises a fantastic atmosphere for athletes and spectators alike. Whether you're chasing a championship medal, a personal best, or simply looking to experience one of Wales' premier road races, this is an event not to be missed.
Alongside the senior championships, the day will also feature a dedicated Welsh Masters Championship race, giving Masters athletes the opportunity to compete for national titles in their own championship event.
With the unique setting, lively support, and competitive racing expected throughout the evening, the Welsh 5km Road Championships are set to deliver another memorable occasion.
