Hurdles Clinics

During the month of March, we are pleased to offer two hurdle clinics aimed at enhancing the skills of both athletes and coaches in this discipline. These clinics provide participants with valuable feedback on techniques, insights into the event, and opportunities to connect with fellow hurdlers.
The hurdle workshops are tailored to accommodate individuals of all skill levels within the hurdle event group. They will be conducted by experienced coaches Derrick Stephenson, Darrell Maynard (South Wales), and Tania Williams (North Wales). Further details regarding the sessions are outlined below.
Athletes and coaches interested in attending the sessions are kindly requested to complete the registration form by March 7th. Please use the provided form to express your interest.
