ARRIVAL
Public parking is split across larger car parks around the venue, with the largest alongside the outdoor track.
This has a pathway into the indoor arena, and takes 2 minutes from the car park.
You will need to pay for parking as instructed on the signs.
There will be an entry fee for spectators at the main entrance, entry fee is £6 per adult, £4 per child (11-17) and £4 for concessions, U11's go free. We do not accept cash
ALL competing athletes have free entry and need to go to the registration desk which is on the first floor at the far left corner.
PLEASE can athletes attend registration alone where possible, due the small space available it gets very busy with parents and athletes.
When athletes arrive at registration, please tell the volunteers the following information.

If you have pre checked in please let the registration team know you have already checked in all the events you are taking part in.
If any of the checked in details have changed, please let registration know your changes.
This will help with seeding and flow of events through the day.
Any times that athletes have achieved previously will be updated automatically from Power of 10 to this event

REGISTRATION CLOSING

Registration will open from 9:30

ALL ATHLETES must register for their first event 60 minutes prior to the event start

EVENT REPORTING
There is no call room for this event all athletes are to report to
TRACK:- Officials at the race start area.
FIELD:- Lead official at the event site
ALL field athletes with the exception of High Jump will have 2 warm up trials.

EVENT RESULTS
Results will be published as live where possible, if parents would like to help on inputting live field results on a tablet, please let Rob Campion know that you can help.
You will then work alongside the event officials adding event information to live results.
It could also be on an event where your son/daughter will be competing, and be very close to the action.

ALL presentations will be made as soon as possible after events in conjunction with the regions, athletes will be asked to report to presentation after the final results have been made official.

This event is an Open meeting but is incorporating the regional championships for South Wales, East Wales, West Wales, & South West England

  U13G: 200m (48), 1000m Walk, High Jump (40), Long Jump.
  U15B: 200m (48), 300m (40), 1000m Walk, High Jump (40), Triple Jump (20), Shot Put. (40)
  U15G: 200m (48), 300m (40), 1000m Walk, High Jump (40), Triple Jump (20), Long Jump (40).
  U17M: 200m (48), 400m (40), 1000m Walk, High Jump (40), Triple Jump (20), Shot Put (40).
  U17W: 200m (48), 300m (40), 1000m Walk, High Jump (40), Triple Jump (20).
  AMB:   200m, Shot Put M&F, Seated Shot M&F - Ambulant athletes only. no caps

All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK. [UKA website link]. Any athlete wishing to retire from the sport of athletics must put this in writing to the club and England Athletics and cancel any applicable membership. Official retirement will remove the athlete from being under the auspices of UKA’s anti-doping rules.
