Expression of interest for Welsh Masters 5K

Masters athletes who are interested in competing for the Welsh Masters are asked to express an interest if they would like to be considered for the Masters International between England and Wales, which will take place on Friday 25th August at the Mid Cheshire 5km. The International Match is the third of four fixtures this year.
Athletes who finished in the first 2 at the Welsh 5km Championships (10-year age groups - 35, 45,55, 65) will be automatically considered. If you are interested in competing and can meet the standards get in touch.

Teams will be picked at the end of July.
