Pre Event Information
Clubs or athletes who wish to preprint the entry card to reduce time at registration can download the entry cards above, they are on A4 sheets and 2 per sheet, please print clearly.
This event is also open to any athlete in the UK
Any athlete who is a member from the affiliated clubs below will pay a £4.00 entry fee.
Any athlete who is not a member of the affiliated clubs below will pay a £7.00 entry fee.
Clubs are also reminded they ALL affiliated clubs are obliged to supply field officials on their allocated events on the day to work alongside graded officials.

This will be in the main stadium reception, either pre fill the entry cards from above or fill them out on the day.
All events will close 60 minutes prior to the event start, for seeding and field card printing
All athletes will be issued 2 numbers, please remember to bring your pins with you, we will have only a small amount of pins on the day.
Every athlete must register
All athletes must supply their name, club and age group, and then their event selection
U17 (school year 10 & 11) = 3 plus a relay
U20 = 5 plus a relay
Senior = 5 plus a relay
Age groups taking part on the day are U17, U20 and Senior, each age group where hurdles and throwing implements are used will throw their age group weights. Masters age group athletes compete as a senior
All track races will be seeded on athlete ability/pb supplied on the day, unless it’s a race specific to that age group.
All age groups score individually, and a overall combined score is then created.
points are 'A' or first scorer will be 1st = 22pts, 2nd = 20pts, 3rd =18pt to 11th = 2pts
points for 'B' or second scorer will be 1st = 11pt, 2nd = 10pts to 11th = 1pt
League points for teams winning each match will be 1st = 11pts, 2nd 10pts to 11th = 1pt
the team with the most 'League points' over the 4 fixtures will become League Champions, who this year will try to overcome Swansea Harriers who have won the league for the last 2 consecutive seasons.
