Notice to competitors:

The meeting is organised and run under UKA Rules.

Competitor numbers must be worn front and back throughout the competition, apart from High Jump and Pole Vault where only one number need be worn.

Competitors will be excluded from competing unless properly attired.

County vests must be worn unless previously agreed with competition secretary.

The Referees reserve the right to make any alteration that may be necessary to the published timetable.

Declarations will close 90 minutes before the scheduled time of the event. No athlete will be allowed to collect their numbers after the closing time, and, therefore, will not be able to compete in that event.

Call Room reporting times are shown in the Event Timetable as listed in the programme.

Where there are insufficient declarations for heats / semi finals, the final will be held at the scheduled heat / semi final time.

Qualification from preliminary heats for 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and all hurdles events will be as follows:

If 2 heats held then first 3 and 2 fastest losers to final.

If 3 heats held then first 2 and 2 fastest losers to final.

If 4 heats held then first 3 and 4 fastest losers to two semi finals.

First 3 from each semi final and 2 fastest losers will proceed to final.

If 5 heats held then first 4 and 4 fastest losers to three semi finals.

First 2 from each semi final and 2 fastest losers will proceed to final.

Qualification for 1500m, 1 Mile will be:

If 2 heats held then first 4 plus 4 fastest losers to final.

If 3 heats held then first 3 plus 3 fastest losers to final.

If 4 heats held then first 2 plus 4 fastest losers to final.

Qualification in 3,000m Steeplechase

If 2 heats held then first 6 plus 4 fastest losers to final

Starting Heights and Progressions for High Jump and Pole Vault competitions will be:-

Men’s High Jump                             1.90, 5cm increments to 2.15 then 3cm increments

Men’s Pole Vault                             4.05, 15cm increments to 4.50 then 10cm increments

Women’s High Jump                      1.40, 5cm increments to 1.60 then 3cm increments

Women’s Pole Vault                       2.60, 10cm increments throughout

Take off Boards to be used for the Triple Jump competitions will be:-

Women’s Triple Jump                    9 and 11 metre boards only

Men’s Triple Jump                           13 metre board only
