Overview:
This is the 30th anniversary of the Admiral Swansea Bay 10k, a fast and flat course that takes in the beautiful sweep of Swansea Bay. The race has a great atmosphere with supportive spectators and entertainment en route to keep runner’s spirits high.
Price: £13 UKA affiliated £15 non UKA affiliated (a saving of 50p when booking online!)

This is a very popular event which regularly fills up before the closing date which this year is 31st August so it is advisable to enter early. (To enter the 10k, you must have reached your 15th birthday by 1st September 2010).
