The third annual Parc Bryn Bach and Hospice of the Valleys 10km takes place at Parc Bryn Bach in Tredegar on Sunday April 8th.
Entry is £10 for affiliated runners and £12 for non affiliated runners. All profits go to the Hospice of the Valleys charity.
T-shirts and goody bags to all finishers and trophies for the winners.
